"I order from Beijing house using their website once or twice a month for the last 3 years and for the most part it’s been ok. I’ve had two bad experiences. The first one was just before the pandemic where I was waiting at the counter to be served and the Iranian proprietor decided that the non-brown person who just came in deserved to be served first. I left and decided to order online. It was ok until yesterday when I placed the order for pick up an hour later. When I got to the restaurant the same proprietor informed me politely that I hadn’t ordered. I showed him my PayPal payment and the order confirmation at which point he realised their new software was in technical parlance ‘shit’. Suffice to say I won’t go back again. I did get a refund for the food that I ordered but apparently didn't order !!!!"
