"Went the other day after a shift at work. Needed help finding a top, went to two ladies who worked at the store for help. I said "excuse me" twice and both times they ignored me and continued to chat with each other. I even waited for them to finish chatting, but they didn't so I walked off. i'm annoyed because I had somewhere to go and they delayed it. They work contracted hours, they're not going anywhere, I am. It was rude. Not the first time it has happened."

"Not happy. Tried to re-arrange a job interview which I had here due to illness. I Followed the instructions and emailed the organiser twice ,only to be ignored. Bear in mind he had been speaking with me via this email beforehand, with no issues. It would have been courteous to at least respond and acknowledge me, if this wasn't possible to re arrange. Very unprofessional. Heard bad things about working here anyway. Don't waste your time. Thanks a lot H&M."
