"Ordered 2 hours ago at 6.30. Rang at 8 to be told it was in its way 15 minutes ago. Rang back at 8.30 to be told it’s been delivered to the wrong address!! Now being recooked. Would not order again from here. Absolute joke."

"Utterly disappointing - a two-hour wait resulting in a cancelled order. Having ordered through Just Eat, I had an estimated wait of between 30-50 minutes which is perfectly acceptable. At the end of the estimated timeframe I got a text to say it was on its way - so far, all going as expected. 40 minutes pass and no food had arrived. I called Wok Chi and was told they were "busy, but the order was with the driver and would be with me soon". I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but when a further 20 minutes passed it was clear something wasn't right. I called them again. Firstly they claimed the food was on the way, then that the food had been delivered outside my house (which it wasn't) and then that was immediately followed by an offer to send the order again. Changing the story isn't acceptable and we ended up hungry and needing to cook food ourselves, defeating the point of a takeaway. The one positive is that when I asked them to cancel the order and refund it, they did."
