"I had a problem with my hand brake on my Mercedes Vito automatic, took it to few garages they did some work but this problem kept on coming back, a friend recommended Prad at LAD Automotive, He was Excellent in his knowledge and he advised me on what was causing this fault, He explained what the problem was and he also showed me the problem and explained to me what needs to be done next. This is my first time meeting Prad and he's a top guy. He fixed the problem with the handbrake and since then the fault has not come back, no more noises or sticking on the handbrake. I will highly recommend Prad, his experience and knowledge of the vehicle is great. He takes his time and didn't rush the job on my vito.
