After looking at a couple of jackets we were pounced on by an over-enthusiastic member of staff who practically had the jacket rung up on the till even after we explained that we weren’t sure if it was the one we wanted! Too keen for the sale and, although this may be company policy, it’s rather pushy and off-putting. Some nice suits though."

Talked me through the various colour combinations and was only to happy to go off looking for other items that would be suitable. They have a great selection of suits and jackets too."

"Shockingly bad service twice here now - zero concern for the customer, all about the sale. I received nothing but hard sell followed by sulking when I requested to do things my way and not theirs. It’s arrogant, it’s unhelpful and it’s not what buying a suit should be about. My advice? Go somewhere that treats you less like a cash cow and more like a customer."
