"Disgusting... toilets at 12.01 in the afternoon were absolutely disgusting, advised staff who laughed and picked up her phone to show her colleague a video, then proceeded to prepare our food wearing the same gloves. Filled tacos with lettuce minus mince when I questioned this proceeded to laugh in my face. I explained about the glove situation to which she replied it's my phone so I can do what I like ."
