"The worst experience ever I had. If You want to avoid problems do not use the Hermes delivery service. Their liar couriers are faking deliveries to tick off their list and stating that parcel was delivered and signed for, however there's no evidence but... Seller us trying not to take full responsibility over resolving this issue. Being a customer You'll be left in darkness, so do yourself a favour and bother by cancelling the order as soon as You see parcel delivery via Hermes..."
