"Very rude manager. Clearly interrupted her lunch as she came out with her fork in her hand, swapping this fork between her mouth and hands whilst talking to me. Disgusting! Refused to swap damaged items brought from the JD store (not online). Apparently it’s the process to send all damaged items off for inspection now - for anything up to two weeks before a refund MAY be issued - I just wanted to exchanged the damage item, where you can clearly see the stitching has come loose on the trainer. Now leaving my son with no trainers and me out of pocket. What a ridiculous NEW procedure, this should be down to the managers desecration(If they could possibly think for themselves of course). NOT great customer service and would definitely think twice about shopping in JD in the future."

"So rude , and ran by immature staff just young kids working there being rude and giggling at customers going in, always empty Aswell not nice when it’s just you going in as a customer and you have all the workers and staff there just staring at you and giggling and making you feel uncomfortable Becuse they have nothing else to do becuse the shop is always empty , shouldn’t be working in customer service if you can’t even give it or act polite or have basic knowledge how to act when you work in a shop"
