"Really pleased with my visited to this store today... We searched all the branded shops (Next, Selfridges, M & S ect...) Went into suits direct and found a multitude of quality suits, shoes, shirts, waste coats... With ties and cufflinks to match. I was helped and served by Derrick who ironically was covering from the Merry Hill store we were going to visit today before we settled on Birmingham. (Good job really as the Merry Hill store is closed for refurbishment currently, so would've been a wasted journey) Derrick was a true gent and assisted me throughout the choosing and fitting process... He was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The manager on duty was also friendly and obliging advising me of the best offers and discounts available... Another really nice bloke. my shopping experience today was great... Given the discounted prices along with the fantastic customer service, I would definitely recommend visiting suits direct if in the market for as great suit... Save yourself the carpark costs and the long walk around the shops by trying these guys first. I'm really pleased with my Ted Baker trousers and waste coat combo... The cost including the shirt and cuff links was a little over £200 all in... Perfect fit - Fantastic quality and value."

"Myself and my partner had a wonderful experience being helped out by Toni. Worked with us to cater to our needs which were pretty specific. Nothing too much trouble and I was very happy with her service. I wasn’t served by the manager but I observed his abrupt manner with staff members and I was glad he hadn’t approached us. A ‘please’ or a ‘thank you’ wouldn’t go amiss. Wish I could rate just Toni’s wonderful service but the atmosphere created by the manager was displeasing. Thanks again Toni!"
