"My mom who is in her 80s and not very mobile visited yours in West Brom this week to purchase an outfit for a family wedding , she doesn’t get to go clothes shopping very often and doesn’t really enjoy the experience but the staff who patiently dealt with her and advised her we’re so lovely and thoughtful and went far beyond what they are expected to do and made her feel very special , I really can not thank the staff enough for the care they showed my mom and I will add a photo of the outfit from the wedding"
