"G&T served in a glass with massive and obvious lipstick smudge on it (pointed this out and received no apology or comment), no lemon available (is a slice of lemon too much to ask for at a bar?), was asked my choice of gin but was given something else. Service with a scowl... just really dire. How hard can it be to serve an okay G&T? Used to be an okay place to relax pre departure, but it's worth avoiding now. Prices high enough too."

"This has to be the worst Full Monty Breakfast on British Shores. £10.25 for 2 slices of raw fatty bacon, a sausage that could be brought back to life by a good vet, mushrooms bizarrely cooked with onions and scrambled eggs mixed with red pepper's. Just awful. Please just cook it normally and stop trying to pretend to be something you can't carry off."
