"I am happy with the computer I purchased, but not with the fact that they originally sent me a computer ordered by another customer. At considerable inconvenience to myself I had to re-pack the other customers computer and drive a round trip of 20 miles to the nearest DPD drop off with no offer of payment for fuel, inconvenience etc. Considerable time elapsed before I received the computer I had ordered."
