"I love the food, it is absolutely delicious but every single time there is something wrong with our order. Either something is missing, the option sizes have been halved in size or the food is slightly undercooked. Out of all the times we have ordered, only once did they get it right. I’m not wasting my time with them anymore."

"Visited Today for the Second Time. I can honestly say that service and food quality was definitely different as compared to last time. The gentleman on the front was so rude and basically pushing me to complete my order so he can back and chat to his mates in the kitchen. Wings were dry, chips were cold and soggy despite me ordering in store and eating in. My mountain burger, hash brown was extra hot where the chicken fillet was cold and dry. Over all it was a bad experience. Probably will take a break from visiting again."
