"Terrible company and even worse customer service. Sent a size too big and then tried saying that i should have used a Brazilian website to find the size conversion and not the one they had on their own website. Apparently in order to receive a size uk9 i should have chosen a uk8 so it was my own fault for using the chart that was provided on their website for the shoe i was buying. Avoid"

"The worst customer service I have ever experienced! I bought a pair of UGG slippers that were not of great quality. One of the slippers was larger than the other and the furr was thinning and patchy. Initially I was advised to send the slippers back for a refund but at my own cost. As I did not feel it was fair for me to have to pay the return postage for faulty goods, I was then accused of taking photos at 'angles' to make it appear that there was a difference in the slipper sizes and quality... after then sending further images to try and show the difference and the poor quality of the furr on one of the slippers, I was again accused, this time of 'deliberately' causing damage to the slippers and pulling the furr out myself!! I was told I would not be getting any refund or exchange! I tried to contact the company by telephone where I was again accused of causing the damage myself, spoken to very rudely, told they would not speak to me further and advised to take them to court, before they hung up the phone!?... Needless to say I was absalutley gob smacked!! I have never experienced anything like it! After speaking with UGG directly, I was provided with the most amazing customer service, as you would expect from a respected retailer! Who dealt with me directly after that. I would never buy from shopshoe ltd again, and I would would never recommend them to anyone! Disgusting customer service.. If you can even call it that!"

"Avoid this company because unfortunately if the product is faulty, as happened to me, they dispute the consumer rights act and try to force an acceptance of credit notes. They will not refund the postage to return faulty items. They became rude, misquoting the law. Their company practices will be investigated further."
