"Left brand new perfect condition unwanted item on trust for them to sell with promise of a call and details of contract and how much they would sell for. No call ever materialised. Chased and was told by owners daughter she was too busy to deal with it and would call me back..which she did not do. 6 weeks later and having left a number of messages which were never returned went in to collect item to see it now had damage on the front. Fabianne the assistant said had it been like that when I brought it in the there would be a note on the ticket. Had to go away and come back half hour later when owner was due back. came back owner was uninterested had already bagged my item up. Asked why no messages were ever returned to be told I was not a priority. I was with a friend who was equally as surprised as myself with her attitude . .there are plenty of other second hand clothes shops for people to spend their money in!"
