"Don’t trust this company! Based of my experience with Pizza GO GO in Hitchin they don’t care about customer experience. The manger of the store called my wife a silly little Bitc... and me a Cun... never been treated so poorly!"

"what can I say the rudeness and customer service is disgusting. ordered a pizza as you do. 1 hour later still no pizza so we called them only to be told the driver turned up called my daughters phone 8 times which she left up stairs driver waited 20 mins and not one time did he think to knock on the front door. how thick do you have to be. the lights were on downstairs he could see we were waiting. when we spoke to the chesham shop guess what he said it's not our policy to knock on the door lol we don't have time lol I said but he had time to stand out side for 20 mins in the cold looking at the door in the hope it will open but he didnt knock on the door well we never got our pizza as it was coming up for 11pm and I didnt trust them. so now I will have to contact head office for a refund. we have had many pizza delivered from go go and each time they knocked on the door so why not this time. never again will I use go go the attitude of the staff. when asked to speak with a manager or supervisor guess what they don't have one. terrible terrible service not even worth one star rating"

"Wandsworth Road SW8 GoGoPizza. I order on line and had it delivered, usually I have it every other Tuesdays and never had a problem. Last night 20th November, My pizza was so dry and with little base spread and not much of topping, the smell was disgusting . I called them via Text Direct phone ( special phone for the deaf peope ) the manager answered it, I explained as above, He said I was disgusting and I am a Asda Pizza Customer ( actually I don’t know where he got that from I never have Asda pizza ) He goes on by saying how disgusting I am not the pizza. He put the phone down. I redial again as I was going to ask for a replacement one, he put the phone down. I paid 16.00 for my pizza and I am loyal customer, he treat me like a door mat, I wasn’t having it so I went to confront the manager and show him the transcripts of my call as it is automatically typed down when he spoken, the evidence with the phone number on top and his comments was there. He shut the door on my face when I was simply polite and asked for his explanation to why he called me disgusting, he couldn’t face it because I have the hard proof of the calls. I gave him one more chance di I knock the door asking him to make a new one or give my money back. He slapped the door telling me to bring in the pizza. He knows full well that he was out of line there at the very start which was the phone call. I have taken to pizza to the food lab to check why the smell was foul. I shall be taking this matter very seriously and Lambeth Environment will be informed. The pizza was closed at 00.35, the website says 0100. I was getting the photos taken to prove of my attention to the premises, it came to a further conflict, A young man parked his car and got out. He was acting like a customer and found the shop was shut. I left in my car making u turn and head home, he quickly got in his car and followed me, I realised that he must have been told what had happen. I think he want my iPad to destroy the evidence and I quickly make quick turn off and he lost me. That manager of this store is out of his mind and the way he behaved is a bad example to GOGO pizza. The way he treated loyal customers and the way how he treat me like a door mat because of my disabilities. Please be aware use other GOGO not Wandsworth Road. I will keep the community update of the outcome."
