"This takeaway shop appears to operate with two different names but from the same address (xizai Kitchen and phoenix house). -Salt and chili ribs are way too dry and tough and not well balanced in flavour. -Sweet and sour chicken was not too bad -Hot and sour soup too watery. But good ratio of meat in the portion size."

Eating the prawn ball was like chewing a bullet, the lady cut the phone off before even telling me the price or Time to deliver, I remember, a few years back, this was the best Chinese in town! But now it is nothing but a poor quality food via prices.. steer clear of this friends."

"Ordered from here on uber eats. Miss described the food. Spare ribs were dried and shrivelled. 12 spring rolls for 2 people and not much else in the mixed hors. Crispy chilli beef was not crispy in the slightest - just chewy. Not enough chicken in the sweet and sour chicken. Wrote a note to not have any peppers in the sweet and sour chicken and as the photo clearly shows, it was covered in peppers. Took 1hr and 30 minutes to arrive despite uber claiming it would take 15-30 minutes. When I called they said it would be 10 minutes longer and took 30 minutes more. Would never order from here again and would appreciate a refund for the totally shambolic food that I received and could not really eat as it was barely edible and very low standard."
