"Useless customer service. Was at the front of the que and not one staff member come to us to ask for our order. I didn't even want to give it a 1 star but you have to post at least a 1 star to be able to leave a review. Please avoid this KFC. There are better ones not far from this location with much better customer service."

"Worst KFC ever. Unless you go and pick you food it always arrived freezing cold. And even if you go to get food yourself the speed of service is ridiculously slow. I always use the app and order food prior to visiting one it's cheaper than using deliveroo or Uber eats and quicker than queing as they are so slow at service. Tonight I ordered and clicked at restaurant 5 mins before I arrived and when I got there there was 4/5 queuing and about 6 orders on the screen, yet it took 10-15 mins for my order to arrive and by the time I got my order and was leaving the queue was going out the door. This always happens at weekends when it's busy other restaurants seem to cope with busy periods this does not. And the staff all seem clueless and running around like headless chickens and are not being managed at all."
