"Disappointing. I popped in here the other night for a quick pint whilst waiting for my bus. The atmosphere was very lively and inviting and the staff were lovely. But I was incredibly disappointed that my Peroni tasted like chemicals. They had just changed the barrel but one of the bartender’s refused to exchange/refund it as I was told he hadn’t had any other complaints about the taste of Peroni. My pint was first poured after the barrel change so not sure if that’s why, but absolutely disgusting service from this young man. Every other member of staff was very nice though. Wouldn’t recommend it as it can be full of kids on Friday and Saturday nights!"

"Popped in for lunch, place was fairly busy but food was out in good time, and tasted very nice indeed with good portion sizes, there was an array of drinks on offer with a some great ales, the place was very spacious yet warm and inviting, the Manager Geoff and team were very attentive too, look forward to returning"
