Welcome to L'Antica Pizzeria, an authentic Italian restaurant located in the heart of Chipping Barnet, Barnet. We are proud to offer our guests delicious and authentic Italian cuisine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
At L'Antica Pizzeria, we are focused on bringing traditional Neapolitan pizza to the UK with a commitment to using only the highest quality ingredients. Our pizza dough is made fresh daily using flour from Naples, paired with San Marzano tomatoes grown on the volcanic slopes of Mount Vesuvius and buffalo mozzarella, specially imported from Campania.
In addition to our world-renowned pizzas, we also offer a variety of antipasti, salads, pasta dishes, and desserts, all prepared with the same level of care and attention to detail as our pizzas.

"No complaints with the food. But the night was ruined because one of the wait staff's bad body odour problems. I'm surprised that nobody else on staff alerted the person. The other thing that wasn't great is the wait staff running around. Literally running in the restaurant. This was a problem because the floors are creaky, and people running meant our table shaking. At one point, the wait staff bumped into our table while running. Strange, chaotic experience that I wouldn't like to repeat."
"In my opinion, this is the best place to get pizza in High Barnet! Started off with a friendly welcome, and offering services straight away! The pizza tastes amazing, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Great value for money, good atmosphere, and definitely visiting again!"
"Great and authentic Neapolitan Pizzas in a nice large place well decorated giving a pleasant atmosphere reminding us of Italy. Highly recommended and will definitely return very soon!"
"The pizzas stuck true to their Neapolitan routes having fluffy crusts and crispy thin bases. The tomato sauce of one of the pizzas was rich and full bodied but alas the margarita pizza’s sauce was very watery and not correct (I suspect from the buffalo mozzarella). On the same theme, I would have preferred to use a straw to eat the tiramisu due to how liquidy it was. The service was also painfully slow and we had to wait around 25mins for our starter to arrive. "Wow! Staff so friendly and welcoming. Restaurant is child friendly and provided colouring pencils and paper for toddler. The pizza was absolutely delicious the dough is made so well and all the food and drinks came out swiftly which is appreciated with children. Definitely recommend and will be back again for the fantastic pizza! Plus side is that cocktails are 2 for £10 on certain days/times which was a great surprise!"
