"You could've cut the atmosphere in here with a knife. Food was edible but there's a mcdonalds up the road, half the price and twice as nice (yes really). Table cloth was filthy despite the restaurant being empty. Had to keep walking to the hotel reception to ask for drinks, and at one point I wanted some mayo for my burger and spent 5 minutes wandering around trying to find someone. Despite there only being one other gentleman in the room with me, the chips still managed to be close enough to stone cold. The burger itself wasn't terrible, but the taste was a bit strange. A very peculiar experience I shall not be repeating."

"Turned up went to the bar got a corona limes were black and dry. Went to get seated at 6pm hoover in the restaurant and staff were rolling tables out and packing them away. The room opposite was being hoovered."

Fitness Physiques Female I Walk:

"Very disappointed as this was my birthday dinner and had brought some with us. The service was deplorable and it took ages for our meals to come and when they arrived, they were stone cold. We arrived at 7:15pm and the starter wasn't served until 8:20. I asked to the waiter when were we going to be served? His answer was appalling, "we were the the wedding party next door" and yet the main restaurant we were was full of people, all of whom were complaining about the service. Some even sent their food back again as it was too cold on arrival. We hardly saw waiters in the main restaurant. My husband had to go out and tell people when our drinks needed to be replished. We have been to this restaurant 3 times before but I must the standards have dropped dramatically. I don't believe we will be coming again and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to my friends or relatives. We only had two course s each and it was almost 10pm when left. To top it off the main restaurant was freezing cold and kept my coat on wand it was highly uncomfortable. Dr A Martin and Mrs C Martin."
