"We ate at The Hungry Horse, in the evening & for lunch the following day. Really good value for money, staff friendly & welcoming. For lunch we had lasagne mine was lovely but my mums was hard and it seemed warmed up, she couldn't eat it, I spoke to the lady at the bar, and they were happy to offer an alternative which my mum took & it was lovely she had the scampi, felt awful complaining but she couldn't chew it....& as we hadn't eaten until 3pm with no breakfast we were hungry. The night before we had dessert one of us had fruit Berry crumble & custard, I had the millionaires cheesecake both were scrummy!!!! It wouldn't affect the us going here again, definitely would go back."
