"absolutely awful service. I order two kebabs and when it was delivered and I opened it one of the kebabs was spilt over the other take away box. I called them immediately to let them be aware of what happened and if i can get a new kebab. The man over the phone got very rude. Started saying what am i supposed to do about that, i am just worker. Then started accusing me of purposely ruining the food then when i asked him what would i gain over doing this he said talk to my manager then in the background i can hear the manager saying she won't speak to me. Then he said come to the shop and deal with it but the whole point i got delivery is because i cannot drive there. While i was explaining my problems he just hung up on me. I would not recommend anyone to order from there, disgusting and rude customer service."
