"1st time visiting this pub. There was a folk music open mic session in progress which isn't really my cup of tea but was short lasting. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Dogs also welcome. Mix of genders and age of customers. Food menu available and, although we did eat, the food brought out for others looked great! Both bar and food extremely well priced. Overall, a lovely little pub."

"I work in social care and today was supporting three adults with learning disabilities to go out for Sunday lunch. We came to The Flappit and our welcome was lovely, the food was delicious. I had the (Christmas) nut roast Sunday lunch - heaven...) and everyone said they definitely wanted to go again. Thank you so much. Highly recommended!!!!!!"

"A person in our group ordered the flat iron steak meal, when it arrived it didn't come with the mushrooms, fried tomato and onion rings. Probably should have complained... But still quite an oversight for 12.95!! The pie was nice, mash a bit lumpy for my liking, but Gravy was ok. Probably won't go back to be honest."
