"I like their pizza because when I had it, it’s outer layer was nice warm and crisp which is what I wanted. Many times pizzas they get soft when delivered but this one remained warm and crisp which was not expected but it was delicious too."

"Ordered a delivery, I've have got send the wrong pizza,I've called up tried to explain it. The phone has been passed down about 3 times. I've then had the manager telling me to whatapp text him a picture of the pizza. I've got told to come into the shop and they will change it at 3 am in the morning. The manager and the owner who was also there have talked to me in a very unprofessional and disgusting way. Poor customer service. They need to think about who they leave in charge."

"First and last time visiting. Quality is average but it just can't compete with KFC. Bought a fillet burger meal which consisted of a basic burger of chicken, mayo, bun and lettuce, with chips and a can of coke. This cost £6.79. I was offered no sauce or a single tissue and this cost £6.79. First and last time visiting. Ridiculously overpriced for what you get. For the same price I can buy a zinger stacker from KFC with unlimited sauce and tissue. It just doesn't compare."

"I been eating this shop over five years I always really enjoy chicken , and I read reviews about chicoland first this shop don’t to deliver Second chicken always cooking fresh. This shop over 20 years always 5 star food safety rating by healthy safety officers (Kingston councils) and you can check Kingston council web site"
