"Very poor customer service, I rang to place am order. EXTREMELY rude, bad mannered and blasé. Utterly disgraced by how I feel I was treated. The so called "boss", whoever that may be, is clearly not educated in customer service. I have been a regular here for 19 months and am so appalled I will undoubtedly never require the service provided from your establishment. I suggest you get your head into gear and cater for the people who offer their loyal custom. Full stop"
