"Food is good but, sounds petty, but music was that loud I had to shout my order and it was difficult to hear what the staff were saying and I've got good hearing, I had to repeat myself three times, I asked about the music and they just laughed and said it's good, again petty but lacking customer service"

"Ordered from here tonight at 5.20pm phoned at 6.45pm to see where it was and they said it was on the way then i phoned back at 7.20pm and they said it will be 10-15 mins maximum finally turned up at 8pm the 2 kids meals where wrong but they ate it as they had been waiting nearly 3 hours....no apology from them what so ever"

"Ordered twice from here and food and service was great. Tried to order for a third time and was spoken to so rudely and told they dont deliver to my address and the other two times were a mistake. I would have continued to order from here regularly and recommended it to others. After tonight I would definitely not. I'm so disappointed. You need to take your add off just eat if you cant deliver!"
