"Both times we have been the food has been absolutely delicious with very good portion sizes. I had the New Jersey butter chicken on both occasions and my wife has tried the mixed grill and the steak which she loved and they also do a Thai fishcake which as definately worth trying. The staff are lovely too friendly and chatty. My only complaint is the lack of choice with the spirits.. I was very disappointed to find no Southern comfort which has been a staple of every single pub I have ever been in and usually my fallback choice as I usually drink Rum but there was only one type of Rum and no Coke It's a real drawback for me but we shall be back again and I shall try again for a good drink to go with a lovely dinner"

"the special lunch £12 for two meals was only we ordered. the meals were just ok. you can not expect too much on £6 per meal. the chocolate junkyard was delicious but just too small portion."

"Usually found the food here to be a good standard. Well today told us a different story I ordered the mix grill & asked for steak medium to well was more like rare to medium plus asked for no fried egg & mushy peas instead of garden peas & it came with neither request applied & the shrivelled battered piece on side of the plate is what they onion rings."
