"Visited today and recieved amazing service and yummy food. I am disabled and the staff members went the extra mile to make sure our visit was a good one. They held the doors open for me, when i was going towards the bathroom one staff member went ahead of me to hold the doors open on the way there. Which was so helpful and considerate as the doors can be hard to open when using my mobility walker. Also held the doors open for me when leaving the restaurant. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Also were asked before being seated whether we had any allergies which i felt was a nice touch as it would ensure we didn't get anything we were allergic to. The food was amazing had pizza and also ice cream which was lovely. As we went at lunchtime it is free refills on the drinks too and the staff member noticed our drinks empty and refilled them for us before we asked which was also so thoughtful. Its the most helpful and kind service i have ever had in any restaurant since becoming disabled and will definitely return. Frankie's has always been a favourite of mine i have been going here for most of my life but haven't been for a long time and am reluctant to go places these days as it can be incredibly difficult. Frankie's was welcoming, helpful and beautiful food will be back again and am blown away by the service. Honestly made my year so far to feel so welcomed."

"Had a lovely meal. The first time I've had Pizza in 18 month and it was delicious,I would recommend "New York Giant" packed with lots of meat, added extra extra cheese I like cheese and green chillies, Loaded Fries with pulled brisket was also awesome, my wife had lasagne and cheesy garlic bread we both finished off with a large waffle with banana, cream and icecream topped with chocolate and caramel sauce each"

"This is the last straw!!! Just received an Uber Eats breakfast delivery from this restaurant. Very disappointed. Ordered a couple of sausage sandwiches and pancakes. £15 after delivery charges. The sausage sandwiches are described as having 2 Cumberland sausages. What was actually received was 1.5 sausages inside a tiny stale bread roll per sandwich. Brown sauce was also missed from one too. The pancakes, although not advertised as having a specific amount, what was actually received was (again) 1.5 pancakes!!! Who else received my other half?? F&B's are really doing things by halves!! This chain used to be at the forefront of American style cuisine in this country when I was younger. Will not be lining the pockets of this business again. Save your money, go to a better restaurant. Wish I'd have gone with my gut and just got McDonald's."

"Was a lovely place easy to reserve a place service was great the waiter who was working on our area was really good , had great charisma, banter and made us laugh its a credit to frankie and bennys wish I had taken his name , food was nice not a huge selection but there was nice things to choose from."

"Visited on 10th Feb 2022, been a couple of years since I last visited a F&B's, first time I've been to this one in Batley. Garlic bread was for starter, was OK, main was meatballs and spaghetti, standards have dropped massively, always remember this specific dish being absolutely delicious... Not anymore, tasted like something straight out of a microwavable dinner! Had cookie dough with ice-cream for dessert - this however was very nice. Daughters food was good according to her."
