"Cold food, clearly microwaved. Paid £73 for 2 burgers a bottle of Wine a pint. Wost food I've had in a pub in years. I could have gone to Millar and Carter and got MUCH better quality food and drink for £14 more. Disgrace that airports charge these prices for the most average of foods. If you want a burger go to Burger King on the way in... at least you know that's been microwaved. Terrible"
"Worst restaurant experience in my life.! Firstly I ordered at the bar a breakfast. I was charged more than on the menu. I pointed it out to the guy behind the bar. He took the menu off me and ripped it up arrogantly in front of my face and said that was the old prices! (even though that was the menu in the tables). He then refused to honour the advertised price on the menu. The £13.49 breakfast arrived speedily. So speedily that the chef didn’t have time to cook the fried eggs and they were extremely uncooked. The server slammed my plate down with a look of hatred on her face. The bacon and beans were stone cold. Totally inedible. I then complained about the poor breakfast and the person I told just shrugged and walked off. No apology. No offer to put right or refund. Clearly all the staff here hate their job and customer service is not of any interest to them."
