"Terrible experience today. Brought the kids for lunch to be told here was a 45 minute wait on food. When I said we couldn't wait that long there was no apology, empathy or politeness. She just moved on to the next customer. We left hungry, disappointed and frustrated. If you employed more staff over busy periods then you wouldn't lose money. Simple."
