"We order from here regularly normally delivery but today I popped in to collect and the guy that served me was so rude! Never in all my time have I been spoken to like he did me!! I wont be ordering ever again from here not after tonight!!!! You seriously need get a grip of customer service and how you treat people paying your wages!!!! "Trusted the 5 star hygiene rating and generally good reviews but will never order again. Pizza arrived at the time takeaway was closing, as soon as I opened I noticed a black thick wirey hair cooked into cheese, took a picture before throwing in the bin as it completely put me off. Contacted restaurant the next day when they opened to be refused a refund and they wanted me to travel to the takeaway to show them the pizza that was bought nearly 24 hours ago and was clearly put in the bin as it made me feel sick. Wasn't bothered about photo evidence. Not good customer service or hygiene clearly. Definitely stay away from here."
