"Food is good as always but all the staff went above and beyond to help m on this visit. It was Saturday and I didn’t realise that shopping centre closes at 5, was almost closing time and everyone was cleaning when I arrived I was famished. Closing sign was up but I asked the girls at the till anyway, who after their manager’s approval took my order. Guys at the make table were helpful too. Got one if the guys name Siddhu. Everything I wanted they made it. Really enjoyed the meal. Can’t praise enough."

"I waited anxiously for this to open, not impressed by the service as I had to wait such a long time for my food. I don't know, 5 of them for preparation and the person, 1 only person to assemble on the tray had to wait for them to have food ready. Staff Walking around looking lost, joking, hugging ...the girl from the till was nice, polite and quick. When the food got to me , it was nice, fresh and I really loved the sauces. I got a donner box with salad and chips. What I could see from the other reviews, what is letting down is the staff speed and the waiting length. Having said that, if the speed improves, I believe I would eat it again."

"Situated up on the first floor within Eat Central area of Merry Hill. I would say the prices are in oar with the rest of the eating establishments surrounding it. There were no screens to order food on and then collect your order which delayed the order process and on a busy Saturday afternoon only 1 till operator the que just got too long so some decided not to wait. I did notice some staff just " hanging about " so they could have helped out. After about 20 mins wait for my takeaway the food was lovely as always. None of the men wore beard nets which i think needs to be addressed ( maybe will be on their hygiene inspection that is due ) you can eat ( if you can get a table ) in eat central but i prefer to find a quite bench out the way. 3 stars due to long wait and no beard nets."

"just don’t bother. Loads of staff, most don’t know what they’re doing. Food wasn’t great, not much filling in the quesadillas, chips were undercooked, had to wait about 25 mins after ordering until I got the food."

"Waited a long time for this to open so I could try it, as heard it was good, but what a disappointment. Although newly opened, the fryers weren't working so couldn't have chips with my order, but after a long queue no signs to advise this and only found out when I got to the front. Decided to go with just a burger and after a 20 minute wait, expected food to be hot, but it was barely warm and with hardly any meat. Added to this the server couldn't manage basic manners, which was also the case as your food is basically flung at you when ready. Won't be back."
