"Went here as my parents in law have moved to Thorner, the food was lovely, service fast and friendly, it was very quiet but that's not an issue. The only downside is the entrance through the pub, felt very 'local' and that everyone was staring as you came through, be nice to see an entrance seperate to the pub bit."

"Served raw fish (that should have been cooked) and no compensation given, except for me to eat my starter when others had finished theirs. Then attempted to charge £21 more for drinks by not providing a break down of beverages. Fortunately, we checked and noticed their ‘mistake’. Check your bills thoroughly!"

"Fantastic food and service. The mixed starter had plenty of lamb and chicken as well as a bhaji. The pickle tray was fresh and a nice side to the starters. Main course curries were flavoursome and there probably too much food with 2 rice and a nan bread. Highly recommended"

"I rate the food enough for this to be a 'destination' curry house. The food is so well cooked, not a single let down main/side dish/starter. This is a family run business and the service is friendly, welcoming and efficient. The decor is basic and it is difficult to get a taxi home (but so worth the drive). We went with four, young children and they were made to feel very welcome too."
