"From start to finish we felt really well looked after, Turned up with no reservation and was allowed a table, never once felt rushed.. really enjoyed the excuse my ignorance “meatballs” 5/5, I followed my meatballs with the calzone again 5/5 however I will say read the menu as I failed to do so and expected spiced meats in the calzone.. (actually comes stuffed with chicken, mozzarella and spinach, my fault).. The reduction of one star solely comes down to the side of rosemary potatoes I received being bland.. texture was dry and tasted more of the potato skin than rosemary. (Maybe a bad batch on a busy night) Desert (lemon and vanilla cheesecake saved the day and left me content.. My wife’s starter main and desert were all on point and the price was very reasonable… 2 x 3 course meals +1 side with two rounds of drinks £58!! Spent more than that in far worse restaurants…"
