"I’ve always liked it here, great food. I see negative comments from people “it took too long to arrive” etc, well that’s the problems we have in this country with food delivery with any company. With all takeaways, I always collect it myself because with deliveries mine could be last on the list to deliver. If a error is made on my collection (which I’ve never had with Wingers) I just go back in and it gets corrected rather than getting nobody from nowhere to re-deliver it"

"**EDIT finally received 90 minutes after the latest estimated delivery** After 30 minutes past the expected delivery, called to be advised they were 2 drivers down and ours was the next order to go out, but the food will be fine. 40 minutes later we had to call again to advise we are still waiting. Our order went out 5 minutes prior to the second call, not one apology or even a kind gesture of a discount or refund.. Appreciate somethings are out of your control but courtesy discount or an apology goes a hell of a long way. I hope you manage to employ more reliable staff as to not affect your business. Merry Christmas"
