"Went to the Mahfil Restaurant last night with my partner and cousin, it was lovely and clean, the staff were fabulous and the prices very reasonable. We didn’t book but they were brilliant and found us a table. I had looked at the menu before I went and had already chosen the lamb shank - Chef’s Special before we arrived - it was seriously the best Indian meal I have ever eaten, absolutely superb. All three of us had the Tandoori Chicken starter and they were fab. My partner had Jelfrezi and my cousin had the Rogan Josh, both thoroughly recommended them. I had the Lamb Shank and a Naan, as above I have never enjoyed a meal in an Indian restaurant more! We live the other side of Birmingham in the Balti Belt area so I have some experience but I am now a Mahfil devotee!"
