"When my order turned up after 1 hour of waiting, I unwrapped it to find out my Meat was stone cold. And unfit for human consumption. I phoned Chick King up at the Mansfield branch and told them about the Meat being stone cold. He replied to me saying that he would do me a replacement But I would have to wait another hour, i phoned them up again after a hour n half to find out where My order is, when I asked for a refund he totally refused to do one and said goodbye. I`m not very happy at all how I was treated, and this establishment is very poor Especially when the staff do not treat their customers with respect."

"I've been going here for years but after a recent order, I won't be going back. I ordered a pizza with my choice in toppings bit when I picked it up, when I got it home I realised they had put mushrooms on, I'm allergic to them and there is no way I would use them as a topping. I phoned and was basically called a liar. They eventually agreed to cook the pizza I ordered, but it was the attitude of the staff. It's shame really as it used to be one of the best pizza places in Mansfield, not anymore judging by mine and other people's experiences."
