"Pronto's has really gone down hill both on service and quality over the last 3 times I have ordered from them. But you keep giving them a chance thinking its a one off but it wasn’t. Delivery in excess of 1.5 hrs after order and had to chase up numerous times to ask where my orders were and they just said they are busy. When the food came it was cold, and dry and on one occasion the chicken was burnt and hard. I would not recommend using this takeaway, I certainly will not again."

"Best in town, so good they are now our new local. The staff are super friendly and you get that family feel which shows through in their food. We have pizza and a chicken kebab and it's become one of our favourite treats, and to the dieters out there the kebab is done on a flat plate and comes with the freshest salad and a pitta bread so you dont have to miss out, yum. Give it a try you wont be disappointed"
