"IF I COULD GIVE THIS BRANCH MINUS 10 STARS, I WOULD. The manager girl is totally incompetent. Firstly, they don't take orders over the phone. Next the hygiene is despicable. Cross condemnation is rife. Thirdly, the staff can hardly string a sentence together in English and don't cook orders on time."

"Somehow worse than other domino’s around Birmingham which is an achievement in itself. Soggy food/overpriced/late delivery. Once even took my order without delivering. Head office didn’t refund."
"Been a customer for a good while now but the staff have been so hit and miss recently. Today has just topped it when I tried to place an order over the phone which I've done many times but today was told I can't order over the phone without payment being taken first. No explanation or anything despite I've been able to do a phone order for as long as I can remember. I could use the app but not really advisable when driving really. On top of this when I arrived for my pizza to order, watching the staff make the pizza, no hands were washed and meat that was touched was then put in the vegetables too. Not sure if we'll be back here if this is the process that is happening"
