Old Ladies on the till look very tired and are always in a hurry to scan the stuff to get rid of the customers .. if you ask something they give you scary horrible looks..No customer service at all from them .. the next door asda does have similar staff situation but never disappointed and always offered friendly customer service.. come on Iceland.. Spend some amount to train your staff how to show good customer service."

"It's the worst Iceland store I've been in they close when they want to turned up at 6:45 wanted to pick up 2 items for my tea only to be told there closing when they close at 7pm it's not the first time either. Plus the staff there look as if they don't want to work there can't be arsed attitude won't be returning to this shabby store ."
