"This would have been a 5 star review except for the fact of how the portions were so small and I had never felt so disrespected by a worker this girl was really small and I didn't know her age but the only thing that stood out was her American accent and she had brown and grey messy hair which I had found in my food I had tried to mention it and she was really rude about it... I would not come here again if that member of staff was on shift I had a lovely chat with the other 2 workers who had resolved the issue and had deeply apologised on had ready purple hair with glasses and the other was cooking the food which was lovely when there wasn't hair involved. Thankyou and please get the girl resolved."

"Emma and Dan were so lovely and helpful this morning! I asked them both for what they’d choose to have as toppings as I wasn’t too sure and each recommended one. The food was lovely and even my little two enjoyed it! The place was so clean and noticed that they were both cleaning whilst it wasn’t too busy. Emma was so good with my daughters and interacting with them. Would certainly go back! The manager should be proud of the customer service that was given. Credit to the team!x"

"I really wanted to give a 5 star review after my first visit . This changed dramatically after my second visit . My first visit with my son was amazing I explained to the lady I didn’t get her name but she was wearing glasses that my son was a really fussy and may not eat a lot . She explained how everything worked and engaged with my son to see what he liked . We both ended up with 2 small boxes both with caramel chicken . She offered us 3 spring rolls each and a drink which we accepted. Once I had paid she even asked if i needed any help with carrying my tray which she did . This review would have been 10 stars if it wasn’t for my second visit . My second visit a week later this time I decided to go on my own . It was after 6 pm I was greeted by a lady who I can only describe as rude and having a bad attitude she sounded she was from America as I commented that I had been there recently and she just said oh ok . I asked for some recommendations and she completely ignored me . I noticed that there was hardly any food to choose from . I asked if I could have the caramel chicken . She turned to a man with a black T-shirt on and said Dan is there any chicken in the hold . He shouted no and I suppose I’ll make some . I told the lady that I will wait for my food to be done . After 5 minutes of waiting I went back to the counter from upstairs and as I was half way down I heard the make clearly saying for f**** sake I Better make this food I can’t be bothered she’ll just get what I can be bothered making . Both staff were talking about other staff members and swearing . Is this really professional no it’s not . When I approached the counter for my food and I asked the man how long it was going to be he muttered god sake . After 15 minutes I got my food , I could understand if it was busy at the time . My rice was burnt hardly any in the box . The caramel chicken was like water . I was offered no meal deal . I hope the manager of this store sees this . Do you think it’s ok for staff to swear and be so rude ? . I work in a big office in the town centre and after my first visit I told everyone how friendly passionate and kind the first person who looked after me was and I highly recommended going. Even my son asked to go back as he kept saying he really liked the lady as she was so nice to him . If I come back again and see that the man and lady are still there I will go back to my work and tell everyone to avoid the place ."

"Food was actually ok from here i got 3 topping box with rice & upgraded to drink and spring rolls. The portions could be bit bigger but is nice for what you do get. The salt n pepper potatoes are nice defo recomend them & caramel drizzle chicken. Did take a while to get served but staff was attentive when served."
