Dough Bar

"We went there as we were recommended by a friend that this was a good place. The drinks were pretty decent tbh cheap prices and tasted good. The food was pretty mediocre, nothing special about it, tasted like food you’d just buy from the supermarket and put in the oven at home. The toilets were absolutely disgusting, they looked as if they’d not been cleaned in months, none of the doors had locks either in a unisex toilet so you had to try and hold the door whilst using the loo hoping nobody would walk in. Customer service was also non existent, no welcoming as you came in the door, servers looked miserable, they also had to be guided by my friend to find their own tequila and then went to use the wrong glass for a martini which isn’t particularly bad but made us feel less confident that our drinks were being made correctly. 2.5/10 and I wouldn’t be recommending this place to anybody or going back."

"Stopped here just before a show so didn't have much time, but it seemed a really nice place, with a buzzy atmosphere. Food was really nice, though the pizzas we had were larger than we thought, so would recommend maybe sharing one. Chips were lovely! Unfortunately some of the games available weren't accepting money or were missing pieces whilst we were there, but there was loads of choice and we couldn't try everything in fairness"

"I like this place and go here often enough for their retro arcade games and the super friendly staff. It's a spacious venue with a relaxed atmosphere, making it a good space for a Meetup group or any other event where lots of new people are meeting each other for the first time. The food and pricing was similar to any other bar/pub in the area and I appreciated their vegetarian options.."

"Partner and I went to Dough Bar for something to eat. Place is really good. Pleasant and friendly vibe with some sports on telly, video games great taste of music and board games on the sides. It is typical students vibes but all ages will be fine. Staff very friendly, chatty and helpful. Food was delicious. Kind of street style food but very nice. Very well presented for that kind of bar/pub/restaurant. We didn't wait long for food either and the price is pretty good. If you fancy alcoholic drinks, they tend to have some good deals on thm each day. We stuck with Ginger Beer as we were driving. I will be definitely coming back to try other food in that place and also to chill as this area is that kind of place."
