Domino's Pizza - London - Sidcup

"Just so rude and disrespectful one guys attitude absolutely sinks and one lady can not understand anything you tell her on the phone. Over all their service is good timing and delivery, delivery guys are lovely polite etc but customer service and attitude is so poor disrespectful and unacceptable. I will never use them again. Very bad experience!! After their attitude they still sent the pizza. No thank you. I dont like to waste but I couldn't trust this team. Very passive-aggressive!"

"Absolutely appalling all my family got food poisoning and had sickness and diarrhoea after eating from here , absolutely awful! So no order from here it’s dirty do not waste your money , if I could give it no stars I would absolutely disgraceful had my family in bed for a whole two days being sick and no stop on the toilet!!! .. NOT HAPPY!!!"

"Brilliant! Went at about 13:20 and even with the students around and ordering they were great, attitude of the person who served us was brilliant as well, very friendly and they smiled! Don't always see that these days it seems so was nice to see. Food was exceptional as you would expect of a Domino's, hot and delicious and just what was needed on a Monday. Only took about 5 mins or so before it was ready for collection. Definite 5/5"

"We received the wrong order. One of the pizzas was not what we ordered. One sauce was missing. The pizza that was right was stone cold as the driver took about half an hour to get to our house. We tried to call the local store but the phone wasn’t answered. So in a nutshell part of the order was cold, part was not the pizza we ordered, some of it was missing and your local store can’t be reached by phone to rectify the matter. We eventually had to drive down to the shop however the store refused a refund and said we should contact customer services which we have but they didn’t even read the message properly. The store was in absolute chaos. The store manager didn’t treat the workers very nicely."
