"Absolutely outraged, I wouldn’t waste a penny on this shop again, made a order that arrived 2 hours later. Call up only to be told my food has already left around 40 minutes before 2 hour wait, food was cold, awful texture and most was cold."

"We bought a 12 piece family bucket tonight for £20.99. When we took it home we were shocked by how the chicken was not properly fried (70% fried). We took it back and asked for the chicken to be refried or money back and the owner spoke to the guy who still was adamant that it was ok to re-do it. The chicken was still partially raw. In the end they had to re-fry the chicken. The owner accepted fault but the older guy was upset and was cussing in his language which he didn’t know I understand. The young owner gentleman was very professional and respect is due to him. Other than that, the guy who is frying the chicken needs to pay more attention to the quality of food that is produced in the chicken restaurant. Future purchases is now a serious re-consideration."

"Worst shop ever. Tiny portions. Also asked for a lamb donner burger with chilli sauce and cabbage. Got this, 5 strips of donner meat with mayo and lettuce. Joke for nearly £5.Even got the drink wrong"

"Today is my first time ordering from Papa’s. Yes it takes long. Over a hour for delivery and we live in the same area. However, there’s a reason. The chicken is cooked freshly. It taste good. Well cook . Better than kfc . I’m a fussy eater but I like their chicken. So far the best for me. They were very friendly too, helpful and I was given extra wigs to compensate for the time."

"I ordered a 9 inch pizza, which had buy one get one free offer. First of all it arrived an hour late. Secondly, they gave me only one pizza and the pizza was SMASHED!! The pizza was disappointing and the management is a joke! I don’t know why JUST IT recommended it to me in the first place. I asked for refund, they dined it and did not even consider my complaint. I am furious about it. My whole experience was tormenting. When I called them, they said they are going to send a new fresh pizza after 2 hours but eventually they lied and never said so . This is not a business ethics."
