"The staff are extremely rude here. I came in on Wednesday and pre-ordered a collection and when I come to pick it up, the staff (Eleanor) said it wasn't ready even though the screen said it was. About 10 minutes later I had to remind her as there was no progress and the pizza was ready the whole time. Nothing but attitude and rudeness. I'm also awaiting a refund from a cancellation I made three weeks ago."

"Absolutely horrible! I am not sure what is going on there for the past few months in the branch, but pizza quality is not worth even one star. Crusts are dry, chicken is dry and tastes old, sauce is most of the time terrible... Gave it another chance today with a classic pepperoni option and you have managed to mess it up as well? How hard is it to make one of the easiest pizzas on the planet? Sour sauce, dry crust, pepperoni has no taste, just grease all over the middle. Would not 50p for something like this, absolutely disgust. And before you make any excuses, I am a regular customer and spent hundreds with you each year. But it seems you get your products out of the bin these days. Not buying again... Finally, to sum it up - a £1.50 frozen pizza was more enjoyable than what you serve these days. Shame on you."
