"Took the kids to the Muswell Hill branch for an early dinner. Had no reservation and was welcomed and seated immediately. Staff attentive, food came quickly, food was delicious, very reasonable pricing (kids menu is amazingly cost effective) and activity sheets for kids (2 out of 3 are young) were entertained thoroughly! No bored kids and full bellies. Will go again & recommend."

"Had an unforgettable Saturday evening at this Pizza Express. Inattentive staff and a front door which doesn't close properly. The whole front section of the restaurant was cold and draughty. It took ages for a member of staff to take our order and an equally long time for our order to arrive - yes, you guessed it, the moped delivery guys hanging-out in the alley get priority over the eat-in customers. The calamari starter was burnt as were are Romana pizzas. In fact, my clothes stank of burnt food afterwards and I had to put my shirt straight into the wash bin. Imagine how much worse we would have smelled without the draughty door - thank God for small mercies.Truly, an unforgettable evening."

"Came here with a friend Sunday lunchtime. The restaurant is located on a roundabout in Muswell Hill Broadway. There is little street parking available but you do have a pay and display car park behind the M&S just a short walk away. This Pizza Express gets very busy at weekends so it would be advisable to book ahead, as by just after midday, it was almost full. The food is of the usual standard you find at any of the franchises, I had the new Dough Balls Al Forno which were very nice, followed by the Romana Pollo Ad Astra, also delicious. Service was quick and friendly, despite the restaurant being very busy. Our waitress was particularly attentive. The premises is clean, nicely decorated and well lit, I didn’t use the facilities but would imagine they are commensurate with the cleanliness of the rest of the property."
