"Buyer beware! Walk in over the counter purchases misleading. £12.99 for an individual Hawian pizza. Turned out to be a small 6 piece. Yet order online you get an 8 piece for £9.99. Pizza Hut have their priorities and pricing wrong, not all of us can get online to make a purchase. Yet the customer who walks into the store and orders gets a poor deal. Not to mention they don't accept cash, it's card only. So if I'm forced to pay by card at the instore counter, why don't I get the same deal as those who pay by card ordering online? My advice is go to your local high street pizza shop to get a better deal and save yourself the dissapointment at Pizza Hut."

"I haven't been to many pizza huts in the recent years and wasn't expecting to be wowed. However, this restaurant is decidedly average. Having to order food via an opposed to having waitress service made it feel even more like a drive-thru dining experience. The food is okay"

"We came here last minute for a party of 15 which we didn’t book for. One of the managers there, didn’t catch her name but she had long dark brown hair in a ponytail and glasses, was extremely helpful in getting us a table. Very fast and efficient service and friendly , helpful waiting staff. Overall a very good experience and would like to thank the manager who sorted us out! It was much appreciated:)"

"The team provided a great service. My 16-year old son is wheelchair bound and provided us a table where it was easily accessible. Chloe and the team were really helpful. The food was hot and tasty. The venue was clean and comfortable - not too busy compared to being inside Trafford Centre."
