"I ordered food at 20 past 4, the order said it was on its way at 20 past 5, and then at 20 to 6 they cancelled it. So now I'm going to work on an empty stomach because they didn't cancel it until last minute and there isn't enough time for me to order anywhere else. Absolutely disgusting. If you're going to cancel it, cancel it straight away, not at the last second when delivery was due!! I'm a care manager, I work 12 hour shifts, it's disgusting!"

"Ordered donner calzone, and the mixed meat calzone both was burnt at the bottom, although burnt pizza dough wasn't cooked properly, it was very doughy, way to much tomato, couldn't taste the meat properly, also took way to long to arrive"
