"This place used to be so much better. The pizza is still decent but the service is terrible now. The staff might as well not be there with how inattentive they are. No smiles, muttering/super quiet, even forgetting that yes you might actually need to pay as well!"

"Not sure what's happened with this place. Used to be really nice, lovely customer service and experience. Regular goer at Belgrave and noticed the change in staff working here - very unfriendly and the quality of pizza has gone down massively. Far too much mozzarella (might seem snarky) but tastes like an end of the night takeaway. On top of this the last few times we've ordered the person behind the counter has not spoken a single word to us. May as well be talking to a robot, although that might have more personality than what's currently on offer."
